If you have a PREVIOUS copy of MicroCook, AND you are un-zipping this 
MCOOKxxx.ZIP file in the SAME directory as that version, answer YES 
(type 'Y') to overwrite ALL files, EXCEPT the two recipe databases, 
RECIPES.MCD and ASSORTED.MCD. If you answer 'Y'es to overwrite (or 'A'
to overwrite All) RECIPES.MCD and ASSORTED.MCD, ALL RECIPES you have 
added to those two recipes databases will be lost!! And PLEASE READ the
README.NOW file regarding change in database format.

P.S. If this message scrolls off the screen so fast that you can't
read it, then you don't have anything to worry about :-)
